Postage and Shipment.
Our prints are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure safe arrival to you. All prices include postage, shipment and insurance.
Delivery usually takes 6 to 12 days but please allow 28 days.
If your print is damaged on delivery, return it to us within 30 days and we will post or ship another one to you. Lost prints will be replaced.
All prints will need to be signed for upon delivery.
Deliveries outside the UK may be liable to import duties and tax dependant on the country but these are often nominal. Please check, if concerned, with your country's custom officials or post offices for any duties that may be incurred. If any taxes are payable, they can be paid in most cases at your local post office upon collection of the print.

Online orders are made through PayPal, one of the world's largest providers for online payment transactions, with the industry's most advanced encryption, fraud prevention and protection policies. You can pay in most currencies.
To purchase, simply click on the  purchase button under the print you require, then you will enter a secure payment page with PayPal.
Enter your personal details, your credit card details and postage/shipping address. You will then see a "Successful Transaction" page. PayPal will shortly afterwards confirm via e-mail a receipt of your purchase and it's as easy as that. PayPal will then e-mail us with your order and we will despatch your print. We collect the payment from PayPal. You pay no fees for the transaction.
Payment by post. Cheque / postal order. UK only.
Cheques and postal orders are accepted by us. Prints will be dispatched upon cheque clearance.
To purchase by cheque or postal order, simply click on the  purchase button. You will now enter the "Cheque / Postal Order" Order Page. Print the page. Fill in your details, delivery address, order details and contact numbers. Send the page and your payment to "Icewater Promotions" using the address on the Order Page. Make cheques and postal orders payable to "Icewater Promotions".
